Dr. Yoko grew up in northeast Ohio always feeling a deep desire to serve others. That deep compassion guided her to educate herself in ways that would benefit the world and the people around her. She attended Brigham Young University to study psychology. She became fascinated with the concept that human beings are more than their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so she jumped at the chance to learn more about the deeper essence of what makes a person (what some call spirit).

She discovered chiropractic through her work as an energy medicine practitioner. After leading transformative meditations at her local chiropractic office, she awoke to the new possibilities that further education would allow her to offer to her clients. She attended Life Chiropractic College West and discovered the magic of perinatal and pediatric chiropractic! With a bachelor’s degree in psychology, certification in energy work, and a doctorate in chiropractic, she is prepared to serve her fellow humans from an understanding of the interconnected nature of the Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Dr. Yoko loves to spend time with her family and dear ones! She’ll never turn down the chance to hold a baby. She loves to dance, read, and spend time in nature, especially near water. Cooking and trying new restaurants brings her joy as well. She is so excited to serve you and your families!
